Airport Emelyanovo (Krasnoyarsk) has purchased a new anti-icing systems for aircraft made by Tempest. In difficult winter conditions, when snow and ice threaten disruption of flight performance, availability of equipment of this level will contribute to a more stable airport operations to prevent possible malfunctions, such as those that occurred on New Year's Eve in Moscow. 

Tempest in the current configuration has a unique system of hot air, which allows the removal of snow and ice without the use of anti-icing fluid. A crane with an height of about 14 meters, allows serving all types of aircraft.

Boiler capacity of the machines is 4 tons which allows to serve 15-20 aircraft without refueling.  Airport Emelyanovo already has another anti-icing machine from the type LMD 2000.
